Linda Winter was born in Baltimore, MD and raised in Dracut, MA. After living abroad for many years, she returned to the US making her permanent home in Berlin, Vermont.

Linda's professional background includes over twenty-five years of CFO/senior management positions in finance and administration. Linda created and continues to operate her bookkeeping & tax preparation business, as well as an events business where her motto is, “We Create - You Celebrate!” She was heavily involved in community theater as producer, director, and actor - as well as an agent/talent representative for musicians. In case you haven't already guessed, she is trained in and practices mediation negotiations!
